Remember Sofia Coppola’s installment of Marie Antoinette staring Kirsten Dunst? Who could forget the lavish set design, over-the-top costumes, and decadent dessert tables in every scene? These rich and luxurious details inspired our designs for Mani and Erick’s June 15th wedding at the Semple Mansion. Playing off the mansion’s opulent chandeliers, distinctive crown-molding, and rich dark woods, we created a sumptuous setting for the couple’s I-do’s.
For the main event, Mani clutched a lush bouquet of pink peonies, lavender roses, blush roses, burgundy peonies, and a collection of vintage broaches; the perfect accent to Mani’s stunning ivory fit and flare gown.
The ceremony was distinguished by gorgeous antiqued candelabras topped with dramatic arrangements of pink peonies, blush and pink roses, rich burgundy peonies, and hanging amaranthus. In addition ornate gold candle sticks held petite posies of lavender, blush, and burgundy flowers. Smaller guest tables were adorned with clouds of metallic baby’s breath and blush sweetheart roses. The over-all opulent look was complete with linens, chairs, and chargers by Apres Party and Tent Rental. As always, Lasting Impressions Weddings provided sensational planning for Mani and Erick’s big day.
