Stunning Jewel Tones at the Minnesota History Center

March 13th, 2015

This wedding is a show stopper, reds, purples, and pops of teal. The colors are so different and work together so perfectly. Every little bit of this wedding is so rich and abundant. All of the images are provided by Shelley Paulson Photography.

Modern Whimsy at the Minnesota History Center

August 12th, 2013

We are so excited to be sharing this to-die-for, adorable, chic, fun, smart wedding with all of you! One of our favorites this summer, these images by Bellagala perfectly capture how unique Aileen & Jimmy’s June nuptials were. We worked with Aileen alongside Fab Event Design to create a one-of-a-kind fete that displayed Aileen’s fun, yet chic style.

We were simply drooling over Aileen’s bouquet of peonies, sweet pea, ranunculus, poppies, and garden roses. The peach and pink color pallet was soft and elegant, while dancing ranunculus and poppies kept the bouquet light and playful. Bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Aileen’s bouquet, which really popped off their contrasting navy dresses.

Gold manzanita branches dripping with crystals served as the ceremony backdrop at the Minnesota History Center. This theme echoed through to the reception where tables featured natural manzanita branches with peach and coral blooms or garden roses and peonies. The modern lines of the branches was accented by crystals and bling candle holders to up the glam-factor.

vintage flair

July 20th, 2012

Kathleen and Scott were married June 15 at the St. Paul Cathedral, with their reception at the
Minnesota History Center. We used soft peach, pink, and cream tones to bring out the delicate,
vintage vibe Kathleen was inspired by. She provided antique books that we mixed in with an
eclectic mix of bud vases. Other guest tables were donned with footed dishes of lush floral
arrangements or tall vases with puffs of baby’s breath. Kathleen’s graceful lace gown was
complimented by a bouquet of fragrant pink peonies, peach roses, lisianthus, scabiosa, ranunculus,
and hints of eucalyptus.
