Daiva & Bill // Private Residence

If there's one word to describe Daiva and Bill's special day, it is definitely WOW.  Located at their beautiful home, this wedding was the perfect combination of timeless style and contemporary jewel tones. Orchids lined every corner, and it is really what floral dreams are made of. We could go on and on about these show-stopping arrangements, but we'll let Robert Evans images speak for us.

Jane & Keric - Minikahda Club

A little over a year ago, we had the absolute pleasure to design floral for Jane of See Jane Plan's wedding. We were no stranger to working with Jane as a planner, but this time she got to be the bride with a vision. Loving neutrals with texture, we incorporated numerous white flowers with winter greens to accent the wallpaper, which created a timeless yet unique look. To say their day was magazine worthy wouldn't be an understatement, as it was shot by Liz Banfield and published to Flower Magazine and MSP Magazine! I think we all can agree that Jane knocked their special day out of the park, and we are feeling all kinds of grateful that we could share it with them.

Ashley & Jake // Aria

Anemones, scabiosa, dahlias, oh my!

Is there anything better than muted creams with contrasting burgundy floral? How about a greenery install that cascades TWO stories! We had so much fun designing this wedding, making sure to include some of the prettiest flowers we could think of.

Aria was the perfect backdrop to contrast the soft and organic design. I mean, that greenery looks like it's about to take roots against the brick walls. The gold lanterns and hard goods pulled the aesthetic together, and shot by Cadence and Eli Photography, this day was nothing short of beautiful.

Brenna & Justin // Backyard Wedding

With the chilly winters in Minnesota, it's easy to forget about the beauty of backyard weddings as we are scraping ice off our cars. That being said, it was such a pleasure to look back at one of our favorite weddings of 2017. Cream florals anchored with deep burgundy tones worked perfectly in the intimate setting, and have you ever seen a floral arch that beautiful?! Working with Geneoh Photography and Sarah at Lasting Impressions Weddings is always a joy, so this was definitely a day we fondly reflected on.

Annie & Jason // The Machine Shop

The year is coming to an end, so we are wrapping up 2017 with some of our favorite weddings on the blog!

Annie and Jason were so great to work with. When we placed the last flower in our designs, we stepped back and stared in awe. Feeling so lucky that the sweet bride and groom trusted us to have fun, this could be one of our favorite weddings to date. The chuppah was dripping in greenery, and looked like we plucked it from the forest and brought it into the city. Playing with texture was one of our favorite trends in 2017, and we are crossing out fingers that it stays around for a while.

Cheers to a great year and so many amazing couples!

Kellie & Sam // Aria

At Sadie's, we absolutely love working in all different design styles. While loose and organic floral have graced many of our weddings this past season, it was so fun to go back to our roots and design Kellie and Sam's timeless wedding at Aria. With a hydrangea base, the day was quite literally dripping in orchids and roses. The sweet blush tones reflected beautifully off the silver and mirrored hard goods, and the head table was anchored with a lush floral runner in front of the bride and groom. So much love for this wedding, but you could say we are also suckers for dripping orchids any day. ;)

Abby & Brendan // Loring Social

Tis the season to start looking back at some of our most memorable weddings from the past year! Loring Social was a big player for us this wedding season, and we had the pleasure to design many receptions in their space.

For Abby and Brendan, that meant classically beautiful with blush roses and white anenomes. We absolutely adored the unique hard-goods the bride provided, which perfectly accented the soft floral. The room was anchored with two of our candelabras wrapped in greenery and topped with a lush arrangement. Could you ask for anything more?

Megan & Drew // Loring Social

Looking back at Megan and Drew's wedding, it's almost like we can feel the summer air. How did this wedding season go by so fast?! We are settling into our winter routine at Sadie's, but having a lot of fun reliving our fabulous summer by blogging some of our favorite looks! Megan and Drew were a delight to work with. Loved the quirky floral frames, along with the pops of bright colors in Loring Social's airy space. The harvest table hosted two show-stopping talls, while the rest of the tables were simple and unique with bud vases and assorted candle looks. This wedding is a perfect example of how colorful floral can go a long way in a raw space!

Kerry & Sean // Muse Event Center

Absolutely love any chance we have to incorporate fruit into our designs, so you could just imagine how excited we were to do this wedding.  From peachy garden roses to the actual fruit, this color palette was a breath of fresh air.  Muse Event Center was the perfect backdrop for this fun day coordinated by See Jane Plan and shot by Jaimee Morse Photography. A personal favorite? The unique place card table of peaches! You could say this wedding was just peachy. ;)

Sarah & Scott // Woodhill Country Club

What's green and white and pretty all over? This wedding!  Ok, ok - bad joke, but we are serious about this pretty.  The ceremony was anchored with two lush alter pieces, which carried over to the reception.  Filled with dahlias and hydrangeas, this design will remain a classic beauty.
